APC thugs attack the Okpere brothers

APC thugs have attacked two brothers from the House of Okpere in Uromi and badly injured them.

A member of the PDP social media committee, Bros PauLy Okpere, and his brother, Pullen Okpere, were Monday beaten to stupor by 20 APC thugs leg by a certain outlaw, Bright Kokoma Aguebor who is the APC chairman of security in Ivbiotor Community, the area where Oshiomhole’s Shoprite that never was is located.

Mr Aguebor is notorious for collecting ilegal taxes of 12,000 naira from the market women in the community, this is not the local government levy, rent or state taxes.

The women decided to go on protest. Kokoma ordered thugs to beat up the women and seal up their shops. This happened on Thursday last week.

Same day, Bros PauLy Okpere, a farmer and member of the PDP Social Media Committee, discharging his duty to his community, took a camera and made a video documentary of the incidence that happened.

The PauLy video went viral.

Apparently embarrassed, Kokoma who is now at large came to the Okpere brothers business office at Dumez road, with 20 boys.

The boys, mostly thugs and outlaws, drag out all who they met inside the office and beat them to pulp. It was when both brothers fainted, bleeding in both eyes that the hoodlums left the scene majestically.

The matter has been reported to the local police station, commissioner of police and a petition has been sent to the IGP.

The bandit is currently on the run and has been declared wanted by the police.

According to an eyewitness, “Pauly and his brother were attacked by the APC thugs because they tried to film the oppression of women by the thugs”.

The brothers have been admitted at an undisclosed hospital and are receiving treatment.
