The leadership of the People`s Democratic Party in Edo State says it has uncovered plans by APC to rig the September Twenty-eight governorship election.
At a press briefing in Benin City today, the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Chris Nehikhare alleged that the state governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is working with top police officers and INEC officials to manipulate the outcome of the election.
