Really secret treason when meeting Trumps with Foreign Minister Lavrov (r.) In the White House?

Donald Trump is said to have talked with Russia's Foreign Minister Lavrov. In the midst of the debate over the credibility of the US president, a bid by Kremlin chief Putin burst.

An unusual and surprising step by the Russian state: Vladimir Putin agrees to publish the notes of a controversial talk between US President Donald Trump and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov."If the US government thinks this is possible, we are ready to provide a transcript of the Trump-Lavrov dialogue to the Senate and US Congress," Putin said in Sochi in front of the press.

Trump is accused of having talked secretly about the terrorism "Islamic State" (IS) in the conversation last week. This would endanger the sources of a foreign intelligence service, apparently Israel. In this precarious situation, the Kremlin now spoke up to help the battered US president.  

Washington "schizophrenia"

It had been repeated from Moscow that no secret information had been given to the meeting. Putin reiterated this and repeated at the press conference, smiling, that Lavrov had not passed on any of the sensitive findings so far. In the US, "political schizophrenia" appears to be widespread. 

In the US media Trump had been accused of having boasted of the information before Lavrov. In this context, the IS jihadists and the danger of attacks with the help of laptops on board of airplanes were the main concerns.  

Trump himself denies any misbehavior. As a president, he had the "absolute right" to share information with Russia, he had commentated in the short message service Twitter.
