The APC are holding a rally in Benin at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium in Benin City.
President of Nigeria, Alhaji Muhammadu Buhari, with over ten APC governors and several federal ministers were present at the stadium.
In the proceeding, three languages were used on Benin soil; Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo. Benin language was not allowed to be used.
Speaking in defence of this anomaly, Adams Oshiomhole said that the federal character of Nigeria recognised only the three languages.
He said that the Edo language is a vernacular and that the main problem with Edo is not the issue of language.
Speaking like someone high on ilicit drugs, Oshiomhole spent most of the time insulting the PDP candidate. He forgot to mention a word about Obaseki, the man who is the APC candidate.
He was ushered in out of the stage in a rather disgraceful manner when it appeared to all that the formerly liked governor who is now so unloved was no longer making sense.
