Information reaching GME Reporters, and Sources with video tape evidence, indicate that there is massive thumb printing of Ballot papers going on since last night at the residence of Hon Asein Ojo Victor, the member representing Owan West Constituency at the Edo State House of Assembly.
The thumb printing is being supervised personally by the legislator at his quarters and at two other hotel accommodations in Benin where the people have been lodged to perpetuate illegality.
The Police, INEC, state security services, opposition parties and the general public are by this notice alerted to apprehend this criminal activities going on at the home of the legislator who is being serviced by tax payers money.
The question now on the lips of many observers is how they got the ballot papers that are supposed to be at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
